Minimum ‘O’ level standard of education;
· Able to read and communicate well in English;
· Able to perform shift work when and if required;
· Able to work outdoors and in an office environment;
· Physically healthy, normal vision and hearing;
· Demonstrates an ability to produce good quality work;
· Able to write simple reports;
· Able to use the PCs and emails competently;
· Familiar with the port industry and environment.

Candidates with these additional skills and qualities would be given preference:-
· Possessing analytical and good communications skills and
· Self driven and work independently.

| Duties: |
|
| |
To survey and tally all cargo loaded and discharged from vessels;
To process the delivery gate pass out for haulers to deliver their cargo;
To check all manifests and loading/discharged lists of vessels;
To complete a delivery report when all cargo manifested is delivered off quay;
To supervise operations on vessels in the most efficient and effective way possible;
To measure the cargo discharged from RoRo vessels;
He/she is to respond to the Senior Operation Supervisor on operations.
The chosen applicant must be willing to be flexible in other duties as planning,
deployment and logistics, berthing and shipping. There will be rotation from one
department to the other.
