We are pleased to announce that we have just completed the first phase of a series of projects aimed at bringing back to life and make better use of pre-world war II tunnels, housing various chambers which in those days were used for the storage of military related items.
The project consisted of the procurement , installation and commissioning of Electrical lighting for each of the four chambers which can be found in 2 of the tunnels located at Laboratory Wharf. Each individual chamber has a foot print of approx 420 square metres together with a height of approx 6 – 7 metres. The chambers can be used for a variety of uses such as
· Cold Storage
The area is large enough to host big freezer units. Thus, if you are a company which operates in the fishing industry and need a location to store your products in an area which is very near the sea, then this is the opportunity you should not miss.
· Storage of non-bulky items.
As already mentioned each chamber is considerably sized and ceiling level very high ( approx 6 - 7 metres ) thus the storage volume is significant.
· Organising of special occasions such as receptions, meetings, seminars etc.
